Refund policy

You have a 30-day return period, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Policy: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.

Exchange: The fastest way to get what you want is to return the old item and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union – 14-Day Cancellation Period: Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a justification. The conditions regarding the condition of the merchandise remain the same.

Refunds: We will notify you once we have received and inspected the returned goods. Upon approval, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at sales@edenrose.bg.
