Shipping Policy

At Eden Rose, we believe that luxury skincare should reach you quickly and hassle-free.

Delivery Methods: We work with the courier company Econt to ensure your maximum convenience. When completing your order, you can choose delivery via:

Econt: To an Econt office, Econtomat, or your home address of your choice.

Shipping Cost:

For orders of 1 product: The shipping cost is calculated automatically based on Econt’s official rates (depending on whether you choose delivery to an office or a personal address) and is paid by the customer.

When ordering 2 or more products: You receive COMPLETELY FREE SHIPPING, which is covered entirely by us, regardless of the delivery method (to an office or to an address).

Processing and Delivery Times:

All orders placed by 2:00 PM on a business day are processed and handed over to the courier on the same day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM, as well as on weekends or public holidays, are processed on the next business day.

Standard delivery time is 1 to 2 business days after the package is handed over to the courier.

Inspection of the shipment: For your peace of mind, every shipment is sent with the “Inspection” option included. Please check the integrity of the packaging and the condition of the product in the presence of the courier before accepting the shipment. If there is a problem, please contact us immediately.
